Super Salad
- 2 cups lettuce (store bought mix is fine)
- 1 cup each chopped
- -Bell Pepper (red, green, or both)
- -Cucumber
- -Mushroom
- -Green Onion
- -Tomato
- -Zuchini
- -Apple
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 1/2 cup chicken (prepared as desired)
- 1 cup cooked chopped ham
- 1 cup hard boiled eggs
- Italian style shredded cheese (as much as desired)
- Optional
- -Chopped Walnuts
- -Crutons
- -Pepper
- 1. Prepare chicken and ham and put in refridgerator to cool. Chop vegatables and place in large bowl. Add lettuce. Toss together well and add the meats. Here add the chopped walnuts if desired. When served sprinkle with cheese, crutons, pepper and desired dressing.
