Potato Pork Chop Casserole
- 6 to 8 medium pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes, parboiled
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 1/2 c. milk (more or less to desired consistency)
- Lawry's seasoning salt and pepper
- Brown pork chops in oil.
- Sprinkle with Lawry's salt and set aside.
- Parboil potatoes; peel and slice into large, shallow baking dish, sprayed with Pam.
- Finely chop green pepper and onion.
- Mix onion, green pepper, mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese soup, milk and Lawry's salt and pepper.
- Pour over potatoes in dish.
- Place pork chops on top of potato mixture.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
- Bake at 350u0b0 until done, about 35 to 45 minutes.
