Shrimp (Or Seafood) Lasagna

  1. Precook lasagna noodles if using packaged
  2. In heavy pan, melt butter, stir in flour until a smooth roux forms
  3. Add seafood stock to roux and simmer until thickened
  4. Add milk to pan and blend - simmer until desired consistency
  5. Mix ricotta and egg - season as desired
  6. Layer noodles, sauce, cheese mixture, and seafood in alternating layers
  7. Bake at 375 approx 30 minutes
