Just A Little Spicy Apple Chicken Breasts

  1. Pour the olive oil and the apple vinegar in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add both chile ancho and chile guajillo strips and stir.
  2. Add the chicken fajitas and salt them to taste and cover for about 8 minutes.
  3. Remove cover and add the apple pieces. Toss all the ingredients making sure the chicken is well cooked.
  4. Cover for another 4 minutes and remove from heat.
  5. Serve it with white rice or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
