Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Empty oats into huge mix bowl. Mix in nuts, salt, and spices. Heat up coconut oil to liquefy it. Pour in oil, molasses, and honey/syrup. Thoroughly mix ingredients until oats are evenly coated. Evenly place on two baking sheets. Bake in oven for ~20 minutes. Then take out every 5-7 minutes to rotate under-cooked portions to top. After about 35 minutes, reduce heat to 325. Take out dark brown nuts, typically pecans or walnuts. After about 45 minutes, take out of oven, add coconut pieces. Put back in oven for ~2 hours to dry out. Add dried fruit and add spices if needed.
