Korean Spiced Beef And Cabbage Rolls
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 t sesame seeds
- 1 t dark sesame oil
- 1 T dry sherry
- 2 ts psugar
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1/8 ts pred pepper flakes
- cooking spray
- 2 cups sliced green cabbage
- Dough:
- ready made pie crusts
- 1 T water
- 1 egg white
- 1. Coat large pan with cooking spray. add top 11 ingredients and stir 8 munutes until cooked through. Stir in cabbage cook 4 munutes unti lcabbage is tender. Remove from heat.
- 2. Cut dough into 4 inch squares on lightly flouredsurfcae.. Cover squreswith damp towel. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into center of a square. moisten edges and crimp closed into triangles.. Place seam side down on cookie sheet coated with spray.
- 3. Combine 1 T water and 1 egg white in small owl. Brush triangles.
- 4. bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
