Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Nut Bars
- Ingredients
- 1 cup raw macadamia nuts
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cacao butter
- 1/3 cup chocolate chunks
- Instructions
- 1.place the macadamia nuts, almond milk, vanilla, coconut oil, honey and salt in a food processor or high speed blender and process until creamy and smooth
- 2.melt the cacao butter slowly in a bowl over simmering water (double boiler)
- 3.remove from stove and mix in the macadamia nut mixture
- 4.fold in chocolate chunks and spread evenly across the bottom of a 7x5-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper
- 5.freeze until hardened, then cut into squares. Keep frozen
