Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Nut Bars

  2. 1.place the macadamia nuts, almond milk, vanilla, coconut oil, honey and salt in a food processor or high speed blender and process until creamy and smooth
  3. 2.melt the cacao butter slowly in a bowl over simmering water (double boiler)
  4. 3.remove from stove and mix in the macadamia nut mixture
  5. 4.fold in chocolate chunks and spread evenly across the bottom of a 7x5-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper
  6. 5.freeze until hardened, then cut into squares. Keep frozen
