Molasses Oat Bran Cookies
- 1 1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Egg Beaters
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 c. oat bran
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- In a large bowl, cream the sugar, Butter Buds, molasses and Egg Beaters.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, oats, oat bran, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
- Mix contents of both bowls into 1 large bowl.
- Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill.
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Spray nonfat cooking spray on cookie sheet.
- Dip the dough by tablespoon onto the cookie sheet.
- Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until set and golden brown. Yields 8 dozen cookies.
