  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350F
  2. 2. Whisk together the egg whites, cumin, garlic salt, and pepper. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat the skillet. Add the egg white mixture. Cook and stir over low heat until egg whites are cooked. Set aside.
  3. 3. Lay tortillas on a cutting board and sprinkle with black beans. Top with egg and shredded cheese and roll tightly. Wrap the burritos in foil and bake for 2 minutes.
  4. To Serve: Unwrap the burritos, cut in half, and serve with salsa.
