5 Factor Breakfast Burritos 1
- 3/4 cup egg whites
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 2 3/4 cups canned black beans
- 1/2 cup shredded nonfat mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350F
- 2. Whisk together the egg whites, cumin, garlic salt, and pepper. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat the skillet. Add the egg white mixture. Cook and stir over low heat until egg whites are cooked. Set aside.
- 3. Lay tortillas on a cutting board and sprinkle with black beans. Top with egg and shredded cheese and roll tightly. Wrap the burritos in foil and bake for 2 minutes.
- To Serve: Unwrap the burritos, cut in half, and serve with salsa.
