Ham And Cheese Chicken Rolls

  1. Flatten chicken to even thickness, using the palm of your hand. Place ham slice on each breast.
  2. Place cheese on top of ham.
  3. Roll up each chicken breast; tuck in ham and cheese.
  4. Secure with wooden toothpicks.
  5. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet.
  6. Cook chicken rolls for 10 minutes, or until browned.
  7. Remove excess oil from pan.
  8. Stir in soup, milk, thyme and onions.
  9. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink.
  10. Remove toothpicks to serve.
  11. Spoon sauce over chicken.
  12. Garnish with parsley.
