Creamy Crawfish Pasta
- 1 pack linguine
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 cube chicken bullion
- 2 lb cooked crawfish tails
- 1 Tbl Creole seasoning
- 2 Tbl fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 small onion, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 celery ribs, minced
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Melt butter, add flour, and cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add peppers, onions, celery, and garlic. Saute 5 minutes. Add bullion cube and remainder of ingredients. Cook 10 minutes and serve over pasta.
