Kathy'S Chicken Devin
- 3 Broccoli Crowns (Cut)
- 4 Large Chicken Breasts
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Cup Mayonaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 10 Slices of Bread (Cubed)
- 1 1/2 lb Grated Cheddar Cheese
- In a large frying pan, saute the chicken breasts until thouroughly cooked. Allow the breasts to cool and then cut into 1/2" cubes. Cut up the broccoli crowns. Place the broccoli in a 9"x12" baking pan greased with butter. Layer the chicken breasts on top of the broccoli. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, mayonaise, lemon juice, and curry powder then spread over the layered chicken and broccoli. In a large frying pan, saute the bread cubes in butter until brown and crisp. Layer the bread cubes on top of the dish, then layer the grated cheeze on top of the bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or until heated throughout.
