Linda'S Pizza Ole
- 12-inch baked pizza crust (Italian crust or all-ready crust)
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. mild taco seasoning
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3/4 c. thick and chunky salsa (mild)
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes (optional)
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium to high heat; drain.
- Stir in taco seasoning and spoon mixture evenly over crust.
- Combine eggs, green pepper and onions and pour over meat.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over this. Spoon salsa on top of this and sprinkle with remaining cheese and chopped tomatoes.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes, slice and enjoy.
- Serves 6 to 8.
