Tom Yam Kung

  1. Boil water in a pot. Add lemongrass, galangal, shrimp chilli paste, shrimp heads and onions. Cook until fragrant. Add tomatoes, shrimp, and mushrooms and flavor with fish sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir thoroughly. Finally add lime juice, spring onion, thai parsley, coriander and lime leaves. Add chillies to taste. Serve with rice.
