Goose Casserole
- 4 Cups Goose, diced
- 2 Cups Wild Rice
- 7 Cups Chicken Broth
- 4 tsp Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Butter
- 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1 Pint Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese ttDirections:
- Cook the rice in 5 cups of the chicken broth until done
- Mix the remaining ingredients and pour into a baking dish
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
