Oriental Casserole

  1. Brown meat, onions and garlic in oil.
  2. Add celery, soup and mixed vegetables.
  3. Stir in rice and seasonings.
  4. Turn into 2 1/2-quart casserole.
  5. Cover and bake 25 minutes at 350u0b0.
  6. Remove cover and top with cheese and almonds.
  7. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  8. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
