Moroccan Beef Tajine With Apple & Apricot

  1. Melt butter in pan. Cook onions, ginger root, salt, tumeric, cinnamon sticks until glazed. Add garlic and stewing beef and cook until brown
  2. add beef broth and bring to boil
  3. divide contents into two tagines
  4. cover and cook at 325 for 1 hour
  5. remove tagine
  6. add apricots and apples, recover and cook for 30 more minutes
