Clam Sauce With Fettuccini
- Ingredients:
- 1 (16 ounce)ttFettuccini pasta (or Linguini), package
- 1/2 Cupttbutter
- 3 clovesttgarlic, chopped
- 1 poundttmushrooms, fresh, chopped
- 2 (6.5 ounce)ttclams with juice, can
- 1/2 Cupttparsley, fresh, chopped
- 1 teaspoonttsalt
- 1/2 teaspoonttwhite pepper, ground
- 1 teaspoonttsweet basil
- 1/2 teaspoonttoregano
- 1/4 CupttParmesan cheese, grated
- 1.tring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- 2.telt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and mushrooms until golden brown. Stir in clams with juice, parsley, salt, white pepper, sweet basil, and oregano. Cook over medium heat until hot. Toss with pasta until evenly coated. Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese.
