Wonton Crisps With Wasabi Avocado
- 12 wonton wrappers halved diagonally
- cooking spray
- 2 tsps dark sesame oil
- 1 tsp water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 small ripe peeled avocado
- 2 tbsps reduced fat sour cream
- 2 tsps wasabi paste such as Roland
- 1. Preheat oven to 400
- 2. Arrange wontons on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Combine oil and water brush evenly over wontons. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for 6 to 8 minutes or until wontons are golden brown.
- 3. While wontons bake, grate rind, and squeeze juice from lemon to measure 1 tsp and 1 tablespoon respectively. Place lemond rind, lemon juice, avocado, sour cream and wasabi paste in a blender, process until smooth. Serve with wonton crisps.
