Ultimate Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Set out all the butter and cream cheese to allow it to soften before you start.
  2. Group 1: Warm the milk until it is neither hot nor cold when dripped on your wrist. Add the cardamom, sugar, and yeast and allow it to get very foamy.
  3. Group 2: Beat the eggs. While waiting on group one, peel, dice and boil your potatoes. Drain and save water. Mash the potatoes and the other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Once the group one mix is very foamy add group two ingredients and mix with a paddle mixer or knead by hand. If mixture seems stiff, add small increments of the potato water.
