Rigatoni Al Forno(Noodles With Mushrooms, Sausage And Mozzarella)

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons butter in a heavy large casserole and add the onion.
  2. Cook, stirring, until wilted.
  3. If the mushrooms are tiny, leave them whole.
  4. Otherwise, quarter them or slice them, depending on size.
