No Crust Pumpkin Pie With Topping

  1. Prheat oven to 350. Spray 10" pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Make Brown Sugar topping by mixing ingredients in small bowl.
  3. Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor in order listed. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with topping.
  4. Bake 50-55 min until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 min. Refrigerate about 4 hrs until chilled
