Buffalo Wings

  1. 1. Mix vin and milk, allow milk to curdle. Add remiaing ingredients through cayenne. Refridgerate.
  2. 2. In large skillet, melt butter over low heat and stir in the hot sauce.
  3. 3. Deep fry wings in small batches at 385 degrees for 10 mins or until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. 4. Toss wings in a container in the hot suace.
  5. 5. Serve with chunky blue cheese dip and celery.
  6. 6. Drink lots of beer.
