Buffalo Wings
- 1 tbsp white wine vin
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 tbsp yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c parsely, minced
- 1 c mayo
- 1/4 c blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Pinch of cayenne
- 1/4 lb butter
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- Peanut oil
- 50 wings
- 1. Mix vin and milk, allow milk to curdle. Add remiaing ingredients through cayenne. Refridgerate.
- 2. In large skillet, melt butter over low heat and stir in the hot sauce.
- 3. Deep fry wings in small batches at 385 degrees for 10 mins or until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- 4. Toss wings in a container in the hot suace.
- 5. Serve with chunky blue cheese dip and celery.
- 6. Drink lots of beer.
