Vegetable Chili

  1. brown turkey with 1T of chili powder - set aside
  2. saute zuch 5-7 min - set aside
  3. cook onions, garlic and peppers over low heat until wilted - 10 min
  4. place all ingredients in heavy pot
  5. add tomotoes,chili powder and spices and cook for 30 min
  6. Stir in beans, chickpeas and lemon juice cook for another 15 min
  7. Serve with dill, sour cream, mont jack and scallions
