Bacon Topped Chicken With Mushroom Tagliatelle
- 1 pack Tesco Make a Meal Withnacon Topped Chicken
- 150g tagliatelle
- 15g (ml) olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 chopped onion (approx 80g)
- Good splash of sherry (approx 50ml)
- 100g sliced mushrooms
- 100g (ml) creme fraiche
- 6g chopped parsley
- 1.took the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the pack
- 2.teat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and saute the onion and garlic for a minute
- 3.tdd in the sherry and reduce down by at least half
- 4.tlace the slices of Bacon Topped Chicken in the microwave and heat for one minute on maximum until piping hot
- 5.tdd the mushrooms to the pan and and cook until they are just softening
- 6.take off the heat and stir in the creme fraiche
- 7.train the pasta, add to the sauce and stir in the parsley
- 8.terve on a plate with the hot Bacon Topped Chicken
