Spicy Lamb Wraps And Lime Salad

  1. Prepare the salad by mixing the lettuce cucumber and celery and adding the salt. Put the onion and tomatoes on the top and pour the lime juice over the salad. (10 minutes)
  2. Warm the wraps and keep warm in tinfoil on a serving plate.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and when hot add the ginger and garlic for about 1 minute. Then add the lamb and cook for 4 minutes followed by the Harissa paste. Cook until tender and then add the mint leaves for 1 minute. Pour into a serving dish.
  4. Each person can then fill a wrap with the lamb and salad.
