Sausage Ragout

  1. Cut sausages into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add sausage pieces.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sausage pieces are well browned.
  4. Add onion and garlic; cook for another 5 minutes.
