Stir Fry Pasta

  1. 1. Boil water and cook spaghetti as instructed on the box.
  2. 2. Marinade chicken with garlic, green chilies or black pepper and salt. Leave it on the side.
  3. 3. Deep fry onion till it turns golden brown, take them out of oil and leave it on a paper towel to drain the excess oil. Now in remaining oil fry onion until it changes color, then add chestnut and fry for 1 minute, add the bell peppers and carrots and fry for 2 minutes. Now add soysauce and fried onion and mix it all well.
  4. 4. Add cooked spaghetti to the chicken and mix it well until all of it gets well incorporated.
