Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Grind up the sunflower seeds and 3 dates rolls in a high powered blender. Set aside in a large bowl. Grind up the pumpkin seeds and 3 dates rolls. Add to the bowl. Add the flour, wheat germ, cinnamon, baking powder and egg replacer (powder). Mix well.
  3. Add the applesauce. Blend banana with soy milk and add. Mix well.
  4. Mix in whatever fruit (blueberries, strawberries & banana, apple & cinnamon, etc.) you like. Spoon into a muffin pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
