Joe'S Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Fry onions and garlic in small amount of butter or margarine until they become clear.
  2. Add meat that has been previously browned.
  3. Add tomatoes and other ingredients.
  4. Mash the whole tomatoes.
  5. Simmer slowly for 4 to 6 hours.
  6. Skim grease that comes to the top.
  7. Makes 12 servings; time to prepare is 300 minutes.
