Chicken Spaghetti
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 3 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplement
- 24 oz. water
- 1 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes, peeled
- 1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
- 3 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled until tender
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. parsley
- Mrs. Dash extra spicy seasoning to taste
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- In a nonstick skillet, add the canola oil and brown onions, celery and green peppers.
- Dissolve tomato soup in water; set aside.
- Transfer entire skillet mixture to saucepan; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Simmer approximately 1 hour until tender.
