Grandmom'S Zucchini Relish

  1. Grate zucchini, onion, peppers.
  2. Add salt.
  3. Soak overnight.
  4. Rinse & drain well next morning.
  5. Make pickling liquid.
  6. Bring vinegar, spices to a boil.
  7. Add zucchini mixture.
  8. When it comes to a boil again, cook slowly for 15 minutes.
  9. Fill clean jars.
  10. Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
