Stuffed Peppers And Rice

  1. Remove tops and seeds from peppers.
  2. Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain and cool.
  4. Brown hamburger, onion and pepper tops.
  5. Add soup, paste, cooked rice and seasoning.
  6. Stuff peppers.
  7. Arrange in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  8. Place strips of cheese on the tops.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
  10. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 375u0b0.
  11. Freeze remaining filling.
