Stuffed Shells
- 12 ounces Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan-Reggiano Cheese
- 10 ounces Frozen Spinach
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoons Basil
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 package Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 24 ounces Marinara Sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook spinach according to package directions. Ensure it is dry.
- Brown Ground Beef in pan until brown. Drain and mix with Sauce.
- Cook shells until almost al dente, then lay on wax paper to dry.
- Combine everything except Mozzarella Cheese in mixing bowl. Fill Shells with mix.
- Spoon small layer of Meat Sauce mix into 9x13 pan, then add Stuffed Shells face-up in pan.
- Top Shells with remaining Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
