White Chili

  1. Cook chicken until tender. Drain and cool. Heat oil in same pot. Add onions and cook until tender. Add garlic, chilis, cumin, oregano, cayenne and cilantro. Add beans undrained and chicken broth. Bring to boil. Cut chicken into small pieces and add. Reduce heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream and chopped green onions.
