Monday Night Meatballs
- 1 Bag of Italian style frozen meatballs or regular frozen meatballs will do
- 2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Packet of brown gravy mix
- 1 Packet of pork gravy mix
- 1 1/4 Cup of milk
- 1 Cup of water
- 1/4 Cup of white wine
- 4oz Sour cream
- 4oz Cream cheese
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 Cup minced onion
- 1 Teaspoon of salt
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Splash of hot pepper sauce
- Get your crockpot pot (5-6 qt size) out and pour the meatballs into it. You will want at least 1 inch from the top of the crock pot so you can stir the meatballs as they heat.
- Mix together, in a separate bowl the rest of the ingredients and pour over the meatballs. Set on low and cook for 6-8 hours stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or serve over rice or noddles for a main dish.
- Easy and delicious!
