Oyster Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Grease a 2-quart casserole.
  3. Melt margarine in large pan over medium heat.
  4. Remove from heat; add flour and stir until smooth.
  5. Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until light brown.
  6. Add paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and green pepper.
  7. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. Add oysters and Worcestershire sauce.
  9. Stir well.
  10. Pour into casserole.
  11. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
  12. Dot with butter.
  13. Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes.
