Apple Banana Nut Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a large bowl, cream applesauce and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt and vanilla.
  4. Add egg whites and beat thoroughly.
  5. Add mixture to applesauce and sugar; mix well.
  6. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  7. Combine dry ingredients; mix until well blended.
  8. Add fruit and nuts; mix well.
  9. Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  11. Yields 1 loaf (16 slices).
