Crab Quiche

  1. Directions:
  2. 1. In a small skillet cook onion in hot butter until tender, remove from heat
  3. 2. In a medium bowl beat eggs with a fork. Stir in crabmeat, half/half, vermouth, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Stir in onion mixture. Pour egg mixture into pastry shell, sprinkle with cheese.
  4. 3. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10
