Black Forest Lollipops
- 6 ounces firm cream cheese, in room temperature
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds toasted
- 12 slices Black Forest Ham, cut into 2" rounds
- 12 acrylic lollipop sticks
- 1/2 small cabbage
- In small bowl combine cream cheese with chives, parsley, thyme and rosemary. Prepare 3/4" diameter balls. Roll in sesame seeds. Place slice of ham round around each ball. Twist piece of plastic wrap around each ball to form round shape. Place into refrigerator until chilled well and ready to use. Place lollipop stick on bottom of ham ball, remove plastic and sprinkle tops with a few sesame seeds.
- Place sticks into halved fruit (melon) or vegetable (cabbage) on glass plate
