Almond Chicken Francoise
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. French-cut green beans
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 3 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- Cook noodles; drain and set aside.
- Cook green beans and drain well.
- Mix yogurt, salt and pepper, mayonnaise, wine, parsley flakes, dill weed and garlic powder.
- In 3 quart casserole dish layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 green beans, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 almonds, 1/2 Parmesan cheese and 1/2 yogurt mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake, covered, in 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes or until heated through.
