Banana Punch
- 6 medium ripe bananas
- 12 oz can frozen orange juice, thawed
- 1- 6 oz can lemonade juice thawed
- 3 C warm water, divided
- 46 oz can pineapple juice
- 3- 2-litter bottles lemon-lime soda
- Orange slices optional
- In blender, blend banana, and juice concentrate until smooth. Remove half the mixture and set aside.
- Add 1 1/2 C water & 1 C sugar to mixture in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Place in large freezer container.
- Repeat with remaining banana mixture, water & sugar.
- Blend well.
- Add to container.
- Cover and freeze until solid.
- One hour before serving remove from freezer.
- Just before serving place in large punch bowl.
- Add pineapple juice and soda. Stir until blended.
- Garnish with orange slices.
- Yield 10 quarts, 60-70 servings.
