Home Chili
- 8 oz. cooked meat
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1/4 c. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 2 lb. pasta, prepared
- Prepare meat. Add canned vegetables, drained if pasta prepared separately. Add paste and onion; heat to simmer.
- Add spices and simmer for 1/2 hour. (If pasta added before it is cooked, add with spices and simmer until pasta is soft, then cover and cook on low for another 1/2 hour.) Add prepared pasta and cook on low 15 to 20 minutes.
