Easy Beef-And-Vegetable Soup
- 2 large carrots(7 baby carrots)-
- 1 stalk of celery-
- 1 stalk of a leek-
- 1 large tomato-
- 1 large onion-
- 1 large peeled potato-
- salt and pepper
- beef boullion or 1 can broth-
- 1 1/2lbs boneless beef chunks-
- 7 cups water-
- 1/4 cup plain tomato sauce-
- 1 1/2tsp. ginger garlic paste or 1/2 cloves garlic and a 1in. piece of garlic mashed up
- 1. put the water on the strove on high
- 2.slice up the first 6 ingredients into 1/2" cubes and put them in the pot
- 3.add the broth, beef chunks, and tomato sauce to the pot
- 4. let it boil for 15-20 minutes, stirring it occasionally
- 5.add the ginger garlic paste or ginger and garlic
- 6. let it boil for 15-20 mins again, stirring occasionally.
- 7. add salt and pepper to taste
