Baked Cauliflower With Ham

  1. Butter a baking dish (9 x 12) with 1 tbs butter and coat with bread crumbs
  2. Blend sour cream, flour, cheese, egg yolks and season with salt
  3. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt to stiff peaks and fold into the sour cream mixture
  4. Spread some sauce on bottom of pan, layer 1/2 cauliflower, layer ham, layer rest of the cauliflower and then the rest of the sauce. Sprinle with bread crumbs and dot 9liberally ) with butter.
  5. Bake at 300 for 30 min or until top is browned and bubbly.
  6. I prefer to let it set a bit before serving.
