Title: Smoked Chicken Salad W/Avocado & Pink Grap

  1. Remove peel and white pith from grapefruit. Cut
  2. between membranes of grapefruit with small sharp kinfe
  3. to release segments. Set aside.
  4. Mix vinegar, basil, marjoram, salt and pepper in small
  5. bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. In large bowl, toss
  6. greens with enough dressing to taste. Arrange greens,
  7. grapefruit, chicken and avocado decoratively on
  8. plates. Drizzle lightly with more dressing. Sprinkle
  9. pine nuts over salads and serve.
