Easy Apple Pie

  1. Filling: combine egg, sour cream, sugar flour, salt and vanilla. beat until smooth. Add apples to mixture. spoon into chilled pastry shell. Bake at 450 for 10 mn then reduce to 350 for 35 additional mn
  2. Topping:
  3. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle evening over baked pie. Bake at 350 for 15 mn or until lightly browned. Store in refrigerator.
