No Fat Chocolate Cake(Sunset Magazine, 5-1991)

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients.
  2. Beat next 4 ingredients until well blended.
  3. Stir in flour mixture and beat until evenly moistened. Pour batter into a nonstick 8-inch square pan (or coat an unfinished pan with spray and dust with flour).
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. Let cake cool 15 minutes.
  6. Invert onto serving plate.
  7. Dust cake with powdered sugar.
  8. Makes 8 servings, 220 calories each serving, 0.8 gram fat, 230 mg sodium and 0.6 mg cholesterol.
