Rigatoni With Italian Sausage

  1. Brown sausage.
  2. Remove and brown garlic, onions and green peppers.
  3. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add to rest of ingredients and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cook rigatoni as instructed on package.
  6. Serve sauce over rigatoni and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serves 6.
