Hibachi Beef
- About 10 to 12 slices or 1/2 pound cooked roastbeef sliced.
- Red and green peppers.
- Pepperjack cheese.
- Teriyaki sauce.
- Honey.
- Sugar.
- Toothpicks.
- In a medium bowl mix 1/2 cup teriaki sauce, three table spoons of sugar and, 1/2 cup of honey. Next cut the peppers and pepperjack cheese into small cubes. Take the peppers and cheese and place at the end of a slice of roast beef, roll the sliced beef around the cheese and peppers and place a tooth pick through to hold in shape. Repeat process untill desired amount. Usually I do 10 to 12 pieces depending on number of guests. Next place on a baking sheet (if oven)or tin foil with the edges rolled up (on grill) and marinate with the honey sugar and teriyaki sauce covering well. Place in oven at 400 or grill and let cook occasionaly basting, only takes between 6 to 8 minutes a side or until meat is browning and cheese is starting to ooze. Then remove plate and enjoy these great appitizers and please let me know what you think
